Our work

Five projects, from a platform that runs a fibre build programme to a family butcher's weekend specials. All live, all still looked after by us.

Custom project management system

The Hub

A delivery company building full-fibre networks sits between the network operator who commissions the work and the build partners who dig and cable it. The Hub is the system its whole programme runs on: about 60 project managers, coordinators, site teams, subcontractors, finance staff and the client's own people use it every day.

  • Permits street by street, from forecast to handover, with traffic management booked from the same row.
  • Daily reports from a phone on site, offline if the signal drops, with metres, materials, delays and photos.
  • Quality checks and snags pushed to the build partner with a due date, and the street moved back for review when the last one is fixed.
  • Purchase orders, completion certificates and client invoices built only from work that has passed.
  • A client portal showing progress, walk-offs and snags, and never a cost.
  • Two-factor sign-in, five roles that each see only their own, nightly offsite backups, and site evidence filed to SharePoint.

Run a fibre or utility programme? The Hub is now available to other contractors as Delivery Hub, under your own name.

Website

Coreline Fibre

The company website for Coreline Fibre, rewritten around the 2026 company profile: what they deliver, the areas they cover and how they work. Its blog is written and published from the company's own back-office system, so news goes out without anyone touching the website.

  • Service pages for civils, PIA build, maintenance and the delivery platform.
  • A blog published from their back-office system: write a post there, press Publish, and it's live with its pictures.
  • Fast, plain HTML, hosted and kept up to date by us.

The Butcher in the Wood

A family butcher in Hinchley Wood, Surrey. The website shows the shop, the products, recipes and catering. Behind it sits a small admin app the staff use themselves.

  • Weekend specials changed from the shop in a minute, and cleared automatically once the weekend has gone.
  • A photo library: staff upload a picture and pick where it goes on the site.
  • Newsletter sign-ups collected in one list, with nightly offsite backups.
  • An "open now" sign that knows the shop's hours.

Private family app

The Desk

A private command centre for one family, built to be used on a phone. It's where the day's jobs, the household budget, the family's shared pages and the house itself all meet.

  • Tasks added in plain English ("remind me to book the boiler service next Tuesday").
  • The household budget, kept up to date from the bank feed, with bills, a forecast and a plan for the years ahead.
  • Shared family pages: how-tos, contacts, the shopping list and chores.
  • The whole house on one screen: towel rails, shutters, lights and what happened today.
  • Passkeys and two-factor sign-in, and nightly offsite backups.

Members' web app

GolfHQ

A web app for a group of members at Burhill Golf Club. Good tee times go in seconds, so GolfHQ books them the moment the sheet opens, then follows each member's golf from there.

  • Tee times booked automatically when bookings open, for the slot and players each member asked for.
  • Handicaps and competition results followed for every member.
  • A shot tracker with the course mapped hole by hole, for stats after the round.
  • Member groups, with new features tried by a small group first.
